Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, app version, language settings, pages/screens viewed, features used, timestamps, and crash/error logs.

No Sale or "Sharing" for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

Evermore does not sell your personal information.

Evermore also does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is used under California law.

Evermore is based in the United States and processes and stores information primarily in the United States.

If you use the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.

The Services are intended for users 18 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may terminate the account and take steps to delete associated personal information.
